With the internal growth of Nashik city, new areas in the city have emerged as hot property destinations complete with shopping complexes, educational institutes, hotels, hospitals and entertainment avenues
While the property market of Nashik sizzles by the virtue of its all round development, the locations that were once ignored for residential purpose have become hot property destinations. The exclusive residential projects that are coming up in various external parts of the city are adding to the demand of the respective locations.
Not long back, the Gangapur Road running parallel to the College Road of the city used to be a sort of least preferred location for housing purpose. However, over a period of few years the transformation this area has seen has put many homebuyers in a dismay. “Today it is being considered as the premium residential location of the city, with malls, multiplexes, colleges and international
schools, finance offices, eateries, fitness centers, in its vicinity. The
projects here too are as exclusive
and so the constant stream of homebuyers to this location. Apart from homebuyers seeking high-end amenities in the city’s best of the location, even corporates are showing keen interest in this area,” informs Narayan Hemnani of Zion World Wide, who has launched Zion Herald Project on the Gangapur Road.
Of late, Govind Nagar too has become a sought after residential area. For those who don’t want to be a part of the hustle bustle and the traffic at the end of the day but yet have quick access to these, are opting for Govind Nagar on the Mumbai-Agra Highway for their abode.
Opposite to Govindnagar is the Indiranagar, which is an upcoming area in the city that is in demand where property is concerned. The IT Park just close to it, the jogging track are the added attractions. A few years back conveyance used to be major hitch but gradually, that too has improved in a big way.
A little further from Indiranagar and Govindnagar, is Pathardi Phata which is catching the attention of many homebuyers. Ekta Group has launched its Ekta Greenville project here and this has followed by a spate of construction activity there. People who have to commute between Mumbai and Nashik are preferring this locations on the highway for residential purpose.
On the Nashik-Pune Highway, Nashik Road which is considered as a gate to the city used to be a good township growing at its placid place. However, with SEZ fast coming up at Sinnar on 2500 acres, residential properties in and around Nashik Road have suddenly come in huge demand.
Meanwhile, a little away from the hustle bustle of the commercial world, the salubrious climate of Devlali Camp continues to charm people from Mumbai and Pune. Dotted with sanitariums and various health centers, this area coming under the Cantonment Board retains its old world charm which has always attracted homebuyers in large numbers.
However, as of today the most sizzling stretch with regard to the property market is the stretch between Dwarka and Fame Theatre and the areas adjacent to it. This part of the city is accessible from Nashik Road Railway Station, Sinnar, Dwarka or any other part of the city. Add to it the IT park which is a few minutes away from it, schools, malls, theatre, etc that have made this stretch the most preferred residential destination.
Developers say buying a property in the external developing areas of a city is always a good proposition, since you get to have amenities of your choice that many not be possible in the heart of the city due to space constraints.
Adgaon, Mhasrul, the Takli Road too are witnessing hectic construction activity, with state of the art residential projects coming up there.
A LITTLE FURTHER FROM INDIRANAGAR AND GOVINDNAGAR, IS PATHARDI PHATA WHICH IS CATCHING THE ATTENTION OF MANY HOMEBUYERS. EKTA GROUP HAS LAUNCHED ITS EKTA GREENVILLE PROJECT HERE AND THIS HAS FOLLOWED A SPATE OF NEW PROJECTS COMING UP THERE
A LITTLE AWAY FROM THE HUSTLE BUSTLE OF THE COMMERCIAL WORLD, THE SALUBRIOUS CLIMATE OF DEVLALI CAMP CONTINUES TO CHARM PEOPLE FROM MUMBAI AND PUNE. DOTTED WITH SANITARIUMS DEVLALI CAMP RETAINS ITS OLD WORLD CHARM WHICH HAS ALWAYS ATTRACTED HOMEBUYERS IN LARGE NUMBERS
