नोएडा से ग्रेटर नोएडा तक मेट्रो लाने का रास्ता साफ हो गया। इस साल निर्माण शुरू हो जाएगा। इसे पूरा करने के लिए डीएमआरसी ने चार साल का समय मांगा है, लेकिन प्राधिकरण ने इससे पहले मेट्रो शुरू करने की मांग रखी है। बुधवार को डीएमआरसी ने मेट्रो की डिटेल प्रोजेक्ट रिपोर्ट (डीपीआर) प्राधिकरण को सौंप दी। डीएमआरसी ने ग्रेटर नोएडा के फेज वन मेट्रो निर्माण का रूट प्रस्तावित कर दिया है। इसमें नोएडा के सेक्टर-32 सिटी सेंटर से बरौला, सेक्टर-82, 83, ओमेक्स दो, सेक्टर 92 से होते हुए एक्सप्रेस-वे के बराबर परी चौक से नॉलेज पार्क-चार तक जाएगा। 29 किमी की इस लाइन के निर्माण पर करीब 400 करोड़ रुपए का खर्च प्रस्तावित है। नोएडा से ग्रेटर नोएडा तक 22 स्टेशन बनाए जाएंगे। शुरुआत में सिर्फ 20 स्टेशन का निर्माण प्रस्तावित है। प्राधिकरण के मुख्य कार्यपालक अधिकारी मुकुल सिंघल ने बताया कि फेज-दो में मेट्रो का निर्माण नॉलेज पार्क-चार से 130 मीटर रोड के बराबर नालेज पार्क, सेक्टर-एक होते हुए वापस नोएडा सेक्टर-32 तक किया जाएगा। फेज-वन मेट्रो निर्माण का डीपीआर डीएमआरसी ने तैयार कर लिया है। इसमें निर्माण पूरा करने का समय चार साल मांगा गया है। इसके अलावा मेट्रो ट्रैक के स्टैंडर्ड व ब्रांड गैज निर्माण को लेकर प्राधिकरण व डीएमआरसी में कुछ मतभेद हैं। मेट्रो निर्माण के बदले डीएमआरसी ने प्राधिकरण से कॉमर्शियल प्लॉट देने की भी शर्त रखी है। प्राधिकरण के सीईओ का कहना है कि मेट्रो निर्माण में यह कोई गतिरोध नहीं है। दोनों प्राधिकरण मिल कर इस गतिरोध को दूर कर लेंगे। बुधवार को हुई बैठक में प्राधिकरण ने डीएमआरसी अधिकारियों के समय यह बात रखी कि मेट्रो निर्माण पूरा करने समय कम भी किया जा सकता है। ग्रेनो में मेट्रो का रूट ज्यादातर जमीन से होकर आना निर्धारित है। ऐसे में निर्माण जल्दी किया जा सकता है। सीईओ ने बताया कि फिलहाल डीपीआर का विस्तृत परीक्षण किया जाएगा, इसके बाद डीएमआरसी अधिकारियों से एक-दो दौर की बैठक कर अंतिम फैसला ले लिया जाएगा। उन्होंने कहा कि ग्रेटर नोएडा में मेट्रो लाने का मकसद पूरे एनसीआर को जोड़ने से है। ग्रेटर नोएडा फेज-दो व यमुना एक्सप्रेस-वे तक मेट्रो ले जाने का प्रस्ताव तैयार किया जा रहा है।
