( जीडीए ) अब प्लॉटों की स्कीम नहीं लाएगा। जीडीए के वीसी एन . के . चौधरी ने बताया कि अब सिर्फ फ्लैटों की स्कीम आएगी और प्लॉटों की स्कीम का दौर समाप्त हो गया है। मालूम रहे कि जीडीए ने आखिरी बार मधुबन – बापूधाम में दो बार में 875 प्लॉटों की स्कीम घोषित कर आवंटन किया है। उन्होंने कहा कि मधुबन – बापूधाम में अगस्त – सितंबर महीने में लगभग एक हजार फ्लैटों की स्कीम लाई जाएगी। मोबाइल टावर रेग्युलर कराने के लिए 25 जून तक का समय दिया गया है।

उन्होंने बताया कि सबसे पहले उन फ्लैटों की स्कीम लाई जाएगी , जो बिना बिके पड़े थे और जिनके बारे में प्रॉपर्टी की आडिट में जानकारी मिली थी। इस तरह के लगभग पांच सौ फ्लैट हैं। इनका रेट तय किया जा रहा है। रेट तय होते ही स्कीम घोषित कर दी जाएगी। वीसी ने बताया कि अगस्त – सितंबर महीने में लगभग एक हजार फ्लैटों की स्कीम लाई जाएगी। ये फ्लैट मधुबन – बापूधाम में बनाए जाएंगे। एलआईजी , एमआईजी और एचआईजी फ्लैटों की स्कीम की योजना पर काम शुरू कर दिया गया है। उन्होंने बताया कि फ्लैटों की स्कीम के साथ अपार्टमेंट एक्ट में निर्धारित नियमों का समावेश किया जाएगा। इसके तहत इन मकानों के रखरखाव की जिम्मेदारी एक वर्ष तक कॉट्रैक्टर की होगी। अगले दो वर्ष तक इनका रखरखाव जीडीए करेगा।

उसके बाद इन मकानों की जिम्मेवारी वहां आरडब्ल्यूए की होगी। इसके लिए जीडीए फंड देगा। वीसी ने बताया कि मोबाइल टावर रेग्युलर कराने के लिए 25 जून तक का समय दिया गया है। उन्होंने स्पष्ट किया कि अस्पताल और स्कूलों पर लगे मोबाइल टावर किसी भी हालत में रेग्युलर नहीं किए जा सकते हैं।
