1.What are the rates of house tax in Haryana, Municipal corporation Faridabad.
2. Is there any exemption to senior citizen, lady owners?
3. From which date is it applicable i.e. date of construction, date of completion or what so ever?

yes in shree ram colony by jawaharpuri gnss there is lot of dispute not only from housing board but also by more then pattas . when colony will be clear there will be lot of fight because each plot has more then one owner.
in year 1994 one list is in jda which is submitted by secratery ramavtaar.and after this jda camp organised by jda by efforts of mr ramavtaar bhojnagar wala.and in this camp some people deposited converge charges in jda by showing ramavtaar pattas but because of some prob camp stoped.after some time to solve this problem liquidator in year 2003-04 from co operative department sit to solve this problem there is again a new patta issue from mister deepak sharma who after that suspended.
in year 1994 society desided to give all powers to mr ramavtaar bhojnagarwala like giving rivised patta,site plan,etc
in year 1994 95 society took patta which was signed by mr G.L. rawat and gave the revised patta and recipt by mr ramavtaar bhajnagar wala.
G.l rawat and all persons gave this athority to mr ramavtaar bhajnagar wala but in 2003-04 this society again play a game they desided to remove the name of ramavtaar bhajnagar wala from society.
G.L rawat signed patta which jawaharpuri gnss took from the persons they sold them to other persons.and the other persons make fraud agreement with this patta and submitted to liquidator and take the lequidator patta.and after this society cheet the original owners.in this society which peoples do possession in year 94-95 they are happy but other persons who was not abble to do so they cheeted like above .and original owners are written
